A complex geometry and concealed fixing system, made the package outside the normal boundaries of a soffit and one that needed a design led approach to deliver the architectural intent.
Company Brief
Produce Bespoke soffit panels as designed by Colorminium with complex thermal and movement/tolerance issues. 4mm thick gloss finish.
Spanwall were employed to produce the architectural soffit package to the retail areas and connection to Liverpool street station. Using 4mm Aluminium as the preferred material, uniquely shaped panels are studded on the rear face to secure into the secret fix carrier system. PPC finish is RAL9010 thick gloss.
Close attention was paid throughout the fabrication process to ensure the highest quality product was produced and the special packing procedures were put in place to ensure successful transportation of the panels. This was achieved through Spanwall’s attention to detail and adherence to its quality system.
