FP30 Folded Plank Rainscreen Facades System
The Spanwall FP30 folded plank system is a pressed formed 3mm aluminium interlocking panel which is 30mm deep. Spanwall FP30 is secretly fixed onto a traditional aluminium helping hand system. FP30 can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
Unlike Spanwall RF50-FR and SF40-FR ventilated systems, FP30 is not ventilated at the longitudinal joint, ventilation should be provided at the base and top of the vertical wall.
The interlocking horizontal joint can be supplied as a hairline or up to 30mm. FP30 is offered in modules of 150mm to a class leading 600mm, custom options are available on request. FP30 is offered in continuous lengths up to 4000mm.
Testing & Certification
FP30 is independently tested and is designated A2-s1,d0 to EN13501-1 (when PPC is applied to the aluminium substrate, A1 if Anodised.) FP30 has passed the Standard for systemised building envelope testing by CWCT.
