Spanwall were employed to provide 6mm Aluminium perforated panels with bespoke extrusions secured to the rear of each. The finish was RAL9006 PPC.
Using Spanwall’s CNC Machinery, 1400 uniquely different panels per station were manufactured for each of the 11 stations. The logistics of processing that number of panels was a challenge requiring a new factory setup with a robotic welder and production line to ensure the strict shipping dates were met. Special care was taken to ensure safe transportation from the factory in Belfast all the way to Riyadh, which included custom palletising.
